Who this program is for

For individuals who are looking for accomodation in the communities of the Lower Mainland. We offer information and forms relating to residential tenancy branch.

Program Objective

To assist individuals seeking accomodation as well assisting landlords in finding new tenants in the Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Cloverdale, and North Delta areas.

Program Description

Our program provides the following:

• A listing of rentals.
  
  
• Information and application for subsidized and co-operative housing for families, seniors, and the disabled.
  
  
• Information on the Residential Tenancy Act.
  
  
• Free advertising for landlords in our office (all rental accomodations).
  
  
• Access to newspapers, telephone and maps
