· permanent resident: permanent resident card or landing paper
· convention refugee or protected person: notice of decision
· naturalized citizen: BC ID, citizenship card/certificate, driver’s license, or passport
· temporary foreign worker: BC ID, passport, or work permit/visa
· international student: BC ID, passport, or student permit/visa
· refugee claimant: refugee claimant document
Without the above document, we won’t be able to verify your identity. As such, I as the workshop organizer, have the right to decline your registration.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) funds the Newcomers Employment Program (NEP), and Settlement and Integration Program (SIP)] of Options Community Services.
We collect the following information as required by IRCC: Legal name and Unique Client Identifier (UCI) as they appear in the immigration document (permanent resident card, landing paper, notice of decision), date of birth, and postal code. We use this information for reporting, service delivery, and improvement purposes and is kept private and confidential.
