For adults (19+ years old) who are in need of affordable housing.

A referral is required. Please complete the Supportive Housing Registration Service Application form

For youth (ages 16-26) living in Surrey who are homeless or seriously at-risk of becoming homeless, that want to secure and sustain housing. Contact 604.488.9573.

For adults (19+ years old) who are in need of emergency shelter. Contact 604.599.8900.

For adults (19+ years old) residing in Surrey who are living with a mental illness and want to move from a community residential program to independent living.

A referral is required. Please request one from Surrey Mental Health.

For adults (19+ years old) residing in Surrey, who are living with mental illness and need long-term housing.

A referral is required. Please request one from Surrey Mental Health.

For youth (ages 17-21) who want to improve their life skills and need rental assistance.

A referral is required. Please request one from Child and Youth Mental Health.

For adults (19+ years old) living in South Surrey or White Rock with a mental illness who are looking for shared accommodations or rent subsidies, as they work toward independent living. 

A referral is required. Please request one from White Rock Mental Health.

For adults (19+ years old) living in Surrey or White Rock with a mental illness and want to improve their life skills.

A referral is required. Please request one from  the Surrey or White Rock Mental Health and Substance Use Centre.

For permanent residents, refugees, protected persons and live-in-caregivers who require support to settle and adjust to their new life in Canada. Contact 604.572.4060.

For women and their children who have experienced abuse, threats or violence in their relationship and need a safe place to stay. Contact 604.584.3301 or 604.572.5116.
