Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is the federal funder for the Newcomers Employment Program (NEP), and Settlement and Integration Program(SIP) of Options Community Services. BC Ministry of Job is the provincial funder for BC Settlement and Integration Services (BCSIS).

We collect the following information as required by IRCC and BC Ministry of Jobs: Legal name and Immigration ID, Date of Birth, Arrival Date and Postal Code. We use this information for reporting, service delivery, and improvement purposes and is kept private and confidential. Some information are gathered over the phone and not on any online platform.

Without the above document, we won’t be able to verify your identity. As such,we as the workshop organizer, have the right to decline your registration.
