Hazel Villa is a 12-unit apartment complex of self-contained 1-bedroom apartments in White Rock for adults.

Sunset Grove

Sunset Grove is a 25-unit housing complex for families. Two, three and four-bedroom units are available. Selection is based on need and income using the BC Housing point score rating system. Self-referrals are welcome via Option’s Community Housing Registry.

A 100-unit mixed income apartment in Surrey (Newton), offering studio and one bedroom units, with limited two and three bedroom family units in addition to two floors with a mix of programs offered by Options Community Services.
