Special Thanks!
Thank you for helping bring hope, healing, and recovery within reach.
We are deeply grateful for the Vancouver Foundation's partnership and generous financial support over the past three years through the Lighthouse Grant, funded by the Government of British Columbia through the Stronger Community Services Fund.
Thanks to this funding, our Home-Based Withdrawal Management Program has supported more than 900 individuals in accessing a range of services, including treatment and recovery programs, mental health supports, peer support groups, family services, counselling, relapse prevention planning, and home-based withdrawal management.
Together, we've helped reduce barriers to care, challenge stigma, and create more accessible, compassionate pathways to recovery for individuals and families affected by substance use.
We are proud to partner with organizations that share our commitment to fostering healing, connection, and hope by meeting people where they are and supporting them in ways that honour their strengths, experiences, and goals.
Here's to what we can accomplish together. Thank you for helping create brighter futures for individuals, families, and our community!
