The Surrey Bridging Program is a supported housing program focused on assisting individuals to make the transition from community residential programs to independent living.

The program has capacity for 9 clients and provides more substantial supports than our other supported housing programs. A rental subsidy is also provided to assist participants to find and maintain affordable, safe housing.

Eligibility criteria

For adults (19+ years old) residing in Surrey who are living with a mental illness and want to move from a community residential program to independent living.

Other referral options

A referral is required. Please request one from  the Surrey or White Rock Mental Health and Substance Use Centre.
