Ted Kuhn Towers provides supportive housing to low-income individuals facing multiple barriers and are homeless or at-risk of homelessness.

We offer a supportive housing model to provide property management, 24/7 tenant support services and security to all 420+ residents, plus additional support services provided by community agencies through strategic partnerships.

Our tenant support workers assist tenants to live independently with the life-skills and supports they need to become active and integrated members of our community. Supportive housing is a blended model of subsidized rental units with supports that are intended to facilitate successful tenancies for those most in need of affordable housing.

• Complete the application form – instructions are included on the form
• Submit your application form:
