Youth Transitioning Services

Providing one-to-one support for youth ages 16-19 who require assistance in their preparation for adulthood and aging out of MCFD care. Assistance involves support with housing, education, employment, health services, community resources and general life skills. This program is delivered in Surrey.

Eligibility criteria

For youth (ages 16-19) living in Surrey who are looking to develop life skills and become more independent.

Can you access the program directly?

No. A referral is required. This program only accepts referrals from the Ministry of Children and Family Development.
