Eligibility criteria

Priority is given to school age children. For children and youth (ages 5-18), living in Surrey or Langley, with developmental and/or physical disabilities and/or autism who need one-on-one support in a community setting.

Can you access the program directly?
No. A referral is required. Please get a referral through your Child and Youth Support Needs (CYSN) social worker.

Eligibility criteria

Priority is given to school age children. For children and youth (ages 5-18) with developmental and/or physical disabilities and/or autisim who need group recreational activities to improve social skills and develop friendships with peers.

Family Support Outreach

Eligibility criteria

For families with children (ages 13 and under) who are struggling with parenting and want individual, in-home support to get back on track.

Family Enhancement Program

Eligibility criteria

For MCFD referred families in Surrey with children who are looking to improve the quality of their life. This program requires an open MCFD file for the duration of service.
