Services for Children with Support Needs (Adventurers)

Eligibility criteria

Priority is given to school age children. For children and youth (ages 5-18) with developmental and/or physical disabilities and/or autism who need group recreational activities to improve social skills and develop friendships with peers. 

Must be able to be safe in a 3:1 ratio of children to staff.

Can you access the program directly?
No. A referral is required. Please get a referral through your Child and Youth Support Needs (CYSN) social worker.

Family Support Outreach

Eligibility criteria

For families with children (ages 13 and under) who are struggling with parenting and want individual, in-home support to get back on track.

No.

Family Enhancement Program

Eligibility criteria

For MCFD referred families in Surrey with children who are looking to improve the quality of their life. This program requires an open MCFD file for the duration of service.

Eligibility criteria

For women who have experienced, or are at risk of abuse, threats, or violence in an intimate relationship, or women who have experienced historical sexual abuse and sexual assault, looking for one-on-one support and guidance. Contact 604.572.5883.
